Tony Griffin

Founder - President

Tony Sr. has over 20+ years of entrepreneurial and business management experience and now is focused on building his community. Having served as the CEO/CFO of one of the largest communications in Illinois and now in Georgia, by way of Industry Georgia, he has focused his efforts as the new founder of Georgia Vocational Services.
Combining two unique characteristics, sales and developing service personnel, Tony has organized sales programs and managed high performing teams for many years. His philosophy of “People are just People” has positioned him in the place of mentoring men from all backgrounds and ethnicities, empowering them to be their best selves regardless of life’s circumstances.
Aside from the heckle of his day to day presidential responsibilities, his time is spent with his wife, 5 children, and 2 grandchildren. He can be heard on several podcast episodes “Thursday Thoughts With Teej and Friends” or found aiding his local church endeavors. Chief financial officer

With over 20 years of experience as a stockbroker and financial advisor, Trillion has a wealth of knowledge in financial markets and economics. Additionally, she has strong credentials as a top-level corporate executive, including positions as a Director of Accounting and Finance, Senior Financial Analyst, and Adjunct Professor of Business and Finance, teaching graduate courses in Maximizing Shareholder Wealth, Corporate Finance, Taxation, Quantitative Analysis, Management and Strategy.  She also held a Series 7, Series 65, Series 63, Series 31 Securities License and a Variable Annuities and Life Insurance Producer License. Trillion also serves as a financial literacy coach, certified business mentor for SCORE, and charter member for the National Association of Women-Owned Small Businesses, Henry County, GA. She is passionate about helping individuals and businesses develop practical and strategic solutions to their financial challenges. Trillion earned a bachelor’s degree in political science, a master’s degree in business administration and human resources, and a doctorate in accounting. She also has a certification in financial markets from Yale University and a Professional of Human Resources certification from Syracuse University.

Charese Griffin


Charese has over 20 years of career coaching and development. Earning her bachelors’ degree in Business Administration and master’s degree in Liberal Arts, Charese has dedicated her life toward the advancement of the economically disadvantaged. She is an integral part of the GVS program’s culture, effectiveness, and impact.
Her years of experience include working with both higher education and elementary students both in Atlanta and Chicago and has given most of her working career toward mentoring diverse, urban students with various backgrounds. She also is affluent in both instructor staffing and faculty management working in various higher education offices including Georgia State University and Everest College.
Her daily responsibilities at Georgia Vocational Solutions include aiding in the creation of learning programs; designing courses, workshops, and faculty trainings; and developing career path initiatives for students. Her ultimate goal is to educate the disenfranchised and break the cycle of poverty within her community.
